Deposits
Every appointment takes a deposit, deducted from your final bill. Your slot is held for 24 hours until it's paid.
48 hours' notice
Move or cancel free up to 48 hours before and your deposit carries over. Inside that we keep it — a five-hour slot can't be refilled at short notice.
Patch tests
Lashes, lash lifts, lamination and any tint need a free patch test at least 30 minutes beforehand. It's an insurance requirement, so we can't waive it.
