Before you book
- Deposits. Every appointment takes a deposit, deducted from your final bill. It's non-refundable within 48 hours of your slot.
- Hair supply. Bring your own hair or add salon-supplied packs at booking. Most braided styles need four to eight packs.
- Arrive washed and detangled unless you've added our wash and blow dry. Turning up with an old style still in adds time we may not have.
- Patch tests. Lash and tint clients must be tested at least 30 minutes ahead — book a free patch test through contact.
- Running late? More than 20 minutes and we may need to shorten or move your appointment — the next client is already booked.
