Booking & cancellation policy

Every appointment requires a deposit, which is deducted from your final bill. The amount is shown before you confirm and ranges from £10 to £50 depending on the service.

Your slot is held for 24 hours from booking. If the deposit isn't paid in that time, the slot is released automatically.

You can move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit carries over.

Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained. A five-hour braiding slot cannot realistically be refilled at short notice, and that time is a stylist's wages.

Missing an appointment without contacting us is recorded as a no-show. After two no-shows we'll ask for payment in full at the time of booking.

Please let us know if you're delayed. We'll always try to accommodate you.

Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean we have to shorten your service or move it — the next client is already booked and we won't run into their time.

Unless you've booked our wash and blow dry, please arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair and any previous style fully removed. If we have to do that work on the day it eats into your appointment and may incur an extra charge.

You're welcome to bring your own braiding hair. If you'd rather we supplied it, add the packs when you book — most styles need four to eight.

Lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination and any tint service legally require a patch test at least 24 hours in advance. This is an insurance requirement and we cannot waive it, even for returning clients whose test has expired.

Patch tests are free and take two minutes. Pop in during opening hours — no appointment needed. Tests are valid for six months.

Braiding and some other services are quoted 'from' because length, braid size and hair density genuinely change the amount of work involved. Your stylist will confirm the exact price before starting. You will never be charged more than you've agreed.

We love styling children's hair and offer a dedicated kids' service. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult for the whole appointment.
